Client, hereby, acknowledge that it has fully understood all the conditions and circumstances. These terms & conditions give you the opportunity to be connected with Internet through Zajil’s Int’l Telecom .Co. As it is considered as a legal contract between the Clients - either he was a person or a single dealer – and Zajil Int’l Telecom. Co.

1. Zajil Int’l Telecom. Co. has no responsibility for any lateness to activate the service from the STC.
2. It is the responsibility of the Client to have safety connections from the distribution point till the equipment installation point .
3. Terms & Conditions which issued by STC. are part which can’t be divided from these terms & conditions .
4. Client has the responsibility of paying the fees, loses or the damages that were the result of his misuse.
5. Client agrees to do nothing against the laws & regulations issued by any competent authority in the Kingdome of Saudi Arabia .
6. Client agrees to have no merge or joining any other services which are not allowed to have` m in the appendix or in Zajil’s services or by nets sources which are connected by .
7. Client agrees to be away from any activities causing any harm for f Zajil, or causing in any damaging or to prevent offering the service for any one of Zajil’s Clients, or even to be against the special author right either for a person or for any other organization, or even for the propriety of ownerships of the Computer Programs Provider or to go over your limits for the personal properties or to damage the unity of computing information bases.
8. It is absolutely prohibited for all of the users to resell Zajil’s services to the others
9. Client agrees that Zajil Int’l Telecom. Co. is not responsible legally for any loss, damage whatever it was, may be occurred as a result of service interrupting even it was by the cause of Zajil Int’l Telecom. Co. included; compensation for business trading loss, breaking down the business movement, losing the connected information by the trading business or etc. But Zajil Int’l Telecom. Co. may compensate the client by a free period of time equal for the interrupting period of time by Zajil Int’l Telecom. Co. or more than that period .
10. Client agrees that Zajil Int’l Telecom. Co. is not  responsible for clients’ sending or receiving or publishing of any materials or information whatever it’s nature are  for any website created by the client using in it Zajil Int’l Telecom. Co.‘s service .
11. Zajil Int’l Telecom. Co. keeps the right of taking any sever     actions towards any subscriber did a breach for any item from these mentioned terms & conditions. That will be via informing the client or not ( included ; the cancellation of username & password , canceling e-mail addresses & the e-mails itself , also the broad band of your website & what ever from  inserted data with Zajil Int’l Telecom. Co. as Zajil Int’l Telecom. Co.  responsible for taking any sever actions regarding this .
12. This agreement is subject to laws, regulations of King     dome of Saudi Arabia
13. Client commits by not using Zajil’s service in what it is against the ruling & done by religious laws, regulations, social, politics & economical in K.S.A .
